RECIPE Preparation
Cut the mushrooms in slices or pieces 1/4-1/2 inch thick.
In a dry, medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook the
mushrooms for a couple of minutes on each side. The excess water will evaporate and mushrooms will reduce in size a bit.
Add the butter and cook until browned, about 2 minutes.
Flip and cook the mushrooms for another 2 minutes or until golden brown on each side.
Add soy sauce and salt, enjoy!
