Fry Lions Mane Mushroom

RECIPE Ingredients
  • 1 pound of lion’smane mushrooms
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter or extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Sea salt to taste

It can be used with rice, noodles, mashed or baked potatoes.

Refrigerate leftover in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

RECIPE Preparation
  • Cut the mushrooms in slices or pieces 1/4-1/2 inch thick.
  • In a dry, medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook the
  • mushrooms for a couple of minutes on each side. The excess water will evaporate and mushrooms will reduce in size a bit.
  • Add the butter and cook until browned, about 2 minutes.
  • Flip and cook the mushrooms for another 2 minutes or until golden brown on each side.
  • Add soy sauce and salt, enjoy!
